A one day, face to face course which covers the key issues to be addressed when introducing and maintaining a trust-based defined contribution scheme. The course provides an invaluable introduction for those making the transition from defined benefit to defined contribution pension provision.

Be familiar with DC scheme design and the interaction between
scheme and ancillary benefits.
Identify different investment strategies that may be offered
to scheme members.
Recognise the regulatory constraints specific to DC schemes.
Be able to monitor the performance of administrators, fund managers
and other key advisors.
Be aware of decumulation options available to members.
