The Institutional Shareholders' Committee (ISC) consists of representatives of the Association of British Insurers, the Investment Management' Association and the Association of Investment Companies, as well as the NAPF. These organisations together represent the bulk of assets invested by UK institutions on behalf of a wide range of clients. The ISC provides a forum for its member organisations to discuss and agree matters of mutual interest.

NAPF is represented on the ISC by David Paterson, Head of Corporate Governance.
